The Super Game Boy cartridge, the first of a long line of game boy players for Nintendo Consoles that allowed you to play an otherwise portable game on a big screen tv.
CHALLENGE: Make a Super Nintendo Portable out of a SNES and hard wire a Super Gameboy to it.
1. The handheld will essentially be a Game Boy Pocket (More like the SNK Portable) with additional harware/software to give game boy games color on a backlit LCD screen.
2. It will retain its ability to play full sized SNES cartridges thanks to a small WalkMan like satchel that houses the origonal cartridge slot from the canibalized SNES.
3. The Super Gameboy Portable will have a switch that will allow the user to use the hard wired Super Gameboy or to play a SNES cartridge if the Satchel Pack is plugged in.
