Special Request for Upcoming Deployment

Me and my older brother are both in the National Guard and advid gamers. We both are Iraq vets ( him last year and me in 2003 & 2004 while i was in the Marines ) he has a deployement ( Im trying my best to go as well ) coming up again. I saw you make the Pelican case Ps3 in a build and I was wondering if you could do the same but add a Xbox 360 as well and if you really want a challenge you can make it so it can fix in the overhead compartment of a Airplane because we never really know how we will get there until its time to go. It could be a military Aircraft or a Civ plane chartered out I have been there on both. For the products and or Items I can get them all but dont have anywhere near you skill.

  • As a fellow Iraq vet I really wish I had come up with this idea for my last tour! This would be such a great thing to have for all military gamers!! Idk about you but when I brought my xbox with me it was destroyed by the time I got there image. Also another idea for this concept is a very good airflow with a filter that you can clean out. I went through a few xboxs there. The major problem was all the sand in the air gets into the case and jams the fans up, gets into all the ports an generally just makes hte xbox overheat super fast. Hope Ben thinks this is a good idea to make!!!

    As do I. I almost gave up hope because no responces in almost a month and Im not even sure if he looked at this. I too when through a couple of Xbox's when i was over in the Sandbox. I didnt know if asking for some type of dust filter or a power converter that works with 100-240v would be to much. But thanks for your support and be safe over there.

  • You do know that the last pelican case playstation Ben made was paid for by Element 14. Ben isn't a super rich man who can just build things like this for everyone and give these type of mods for free.These are expensive as can be. I know Ben sells his laptop versions of a single systems for 6000 dollars. Great that you are in the military, and its brave of you to put your life on the line to help others but its kind of rude to expect Ben to just make you one for free. If you really want one maybe message him and pay him to fo it.

    In the last part of my first post i put i could get the products. I hope my meaning made it through. But for reitteration I was saying that i could pay for the parts and his time. I wasnt asking for a hand out.
