Instead of downsizing old consles to make them portable, I would like to see a handheld console (preferably Nintendo DS) sized up to fit comfortably into the hands of an average adult (including the stylus, bigger screens and buttons). That would be a neat twist I think.
Would that be too hard to do, maybe because of the touchscreen? I know the 3DS is just out and nobody probably is interested in the older system anymore, but since a bigger 3D screen shouldn't be available yet, the next best thing would be to modify the older model. Maybe as a tribute for a soon to be obsolete system. Neither have I seen that done before, nor did anything turn up in a quick Google search.
