I recently found out about a handicap gamer. He has his own website www.askacapper.com, and has a petition going to get game companies to allow custom button mapping for all games to allow him to play more games. I thought it would be an interesting challange for you and helpful for him if you could get into contact with him and design a custom controler to allow him to play more games and to also make his play easier.
