    Did you cnc the case it is very well done?  This looks like something you would buy in a store A++ job!

    The front is a real PSP replacement case, and the back of the unit is vacuum formed/frankencased together. If you check the above link to my worklog you can see exactly how I put it all together.

    Oh very nice I want to vacum form a case for my 360 laptop I have seen some DIY forming machines the only thing is I do not know how thick of material you can form with those.
