Challenge: Utilise the touchscreen controls of the iPad to control XBox and PS3 games

Quadriplegics have very limited hand movements and usually no fine motor movement of fingers etc.  They can move their hands over the touch controls of games in the iPad. The Challenge is can these controls on the iPad screen be utilised to control XBox and PS3 games so they can once again enjoy them like they did pre accident?

You can use the iOS devices as a remote control for some devices. I think what is stopping this from happening is Apple. Controlling competitor devices is probably not on their list of "to do".

However, there has been a recent release of the XBOX live app for iOS and Android.

There isn't even a Windows Phone app to control the XBOX. But, Microsoft is on the job for sure. It is just a matter of time before it happens.
