cheep 3D printer for around £100

I need to build a 3D printer for college and can get £100 to spend on it from them

I have access to a laser cutter for making the case and im going to use an arduino or raspberry pi for the controll using python

 

any advice or websites i can go to with guides

  • Good luck. I am working on designing my own printer, and that is about what the electronics cost. You will not likely be able to find what you are looking for at that price. The cheapest printer I have seen is the printrbot Jr. It is $399 and is tiny.

     

    By electronics I meen just the control circuitry, this does not include the powersupply or motors.
