Not an easy task, in fact there is a contest running for an open source, inexpensive option to do just this

Here is a website that makes a machine that takes your plastics to recycle and converts into a filament that can be used in a 3d printer. Comes with a 3mm nozzle and 1.75mm. I have mine on order from when they were on the kickstarter website. www.filabot.com
