Viewer Challenge: Boombox

I'd like to see Ben build a modernized boombox with some Ben Heck flare!

Some neat features like

USB ports for reading off memory sticks and some of the bigger names in mp3 players like ipod/android phones
Rechargeable battery
Sleek interface
AUX in
RCA in?

Just thought it would be a neat little project that would showcase Ben's fabrication and design and electronics skills, which is what a good project should!

I'd like to see him stick some of those into an antique radio to play internet radio. Mostly because it's a project of mine and I haven't done it :-)

Ooooh, wifi in the boombox for internet radio! That's a good idea. But yeah, having someone build it before you build it is nice so there won't be any snags that you don't seem coming. But overcoming the snags is part of the fun!
