I saw discussion about this on a virtual reality forum and thought it would be a good project for Ben.
Can you make a "magic wand" style input device for use on a PC, ie a thin stick containing an accelerometer and some sort of positional tracking, which sends gesture commands to a PC.
Ideally it would be wireless, although I don't know if you can get all the components packaged into a thin, light and balanced package.
