I have a difficult time waking up wife. Especially, when i am working out town. Therefore, i would like to activate the shaking alarm from iphone.

I have threatened to build it many times. I just dont have the knowledge.

I suggest just wiring up an arduino with an ethernet shield and a motor shield, and then use this for android: http://www.amarino-toolkit.net/
and this for the iphone: https://www.sparkfun.com/tutorials/152
however you may need to enable port forwarding on your router to get it to work on the internet instead of your intranet.
