Viewer Challenge: Recycled 3d Printer

Hi,

Thought it would be neat to see a 3d printer made from scratch.
As if you had CNC or 3d printer, just old ink jets and laser printers, RadioShack, and hardware store.
Oh, and keep the parts price below 150$

I think Ben's built enough 3D printers for the show that he probably doesn't want to do another one, especially on the subject of "cheapest 3D printer"
