This is a video produced by the research team at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. Currently, they basically have a camera on a long pole and they stick it under the water - in this case near one of the piers in a harbor by the aquarium - and walk around getting shots of fish.
My challenge for Ben would be to combine an underwater camera with the mobility features of something like the Quadcopter so that the researchers wouldn't be limited to shooting video close to the piers.
I would limit the underwater aspect to 10-15 feet so as not to worry about pressure - and not too far away. It would be cool for this to be a show so that the underwater remote control camera project could be built by Shedd researchers anywhere on the planet - they have researchers all over the globe that could probably benefit from having this type of resource.
This video is cool, too, it shows a school of baby catfish being looked after by their "daddy."
