as the topic says was the machine ever completed?

if so are the plans for it free available somewhere so it can be replicated?

If you're talking about America's Most Haunted (formerly Ghost Squad), Ben is still working on it. It's come quite far along now.

Are there any build plans so far? ie for the frame or some other stuff that is considered done?

The game on the wooden rack is America's Most Haunted, prototype.

If you're referring to the Bally games in the background, Attack From Mars is off getting a playfield swap, and the Theater of Magic is getting sold at MGC.

So in future episodes they'll just be one machine here - a really nice Attack from Mars!
