We live in Alaska and are very active with 4 boys. I have an idea for a Garage door state monitor. Is my garage door open (or closed)? Our pipes froze last year, thankfully we discovered before they burst! Avoiding that would greatly benefit our peace of mind as we rush around. (Bonus points for integrating into a home automation sensor net.)
