Ever since i was you I have had a somewhat unhealthy obsession with lasers. As of recently I was at one of my local bars and saw a laser show that wasn't like your normal kaleidoscope lasers that you can purchase at spencers and it caught my interest immediately. So I set out to try and get a handle on what i would have to do to pull something like this off. Well of course I started my digging and found a bunch that were already pre-built and quite expensive. Im the type of person that would rather build it and say "hey I can do this just as good". plus Id also like to hook it up to a DAC if possible to get it to go to music the way that i would like. So where am I going with all of this? Well id like to get input on where I can get relatively cheap supplies to get this thing going. I know I need 3 lasers to get all the colors that I want...RED, BLUE (not violet), and GREEN. I also know that I need galvo motors as well as the galvo controller itself but other than that im stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
