A build idea:

Arduino debugger portable like the basic pocket computer using RasPi and autoboots to the software and the GPIO work as the arduino's io and programming in C/C++ without extra hardware.

You could use a Windows tablet running the standard Arduino IDE or an android tablet running ArduinoDroid.

Like building one rather than using something that exists and also use IO to control something physically without a tab with another arduino
