Looking to build something, but in need of help

So I'm looking into making a two player Beatmania IIDX controller with arcade button measurements, but I lack tools to give me accurate cuts for my pushbuttons and such. Is there any service online that I can go to with a blueprint I created of what I want and they can create it for me?

    Search for 'front panel designer' on google, that will lead to some firms that will create cutouts for you, and some supply free software with design capability. These are not cheap, but will cut in (say) aluminium. If you want a plastic front panel, you could seek a laser-cutting service (depends where you live). Usually they will require you to create the design using offline tools, of which some are free but depends what format the firm is happy in accepting.
