HDMI to CGA?

Hey guys,

Kind of a newbie here, long time lurker, first time poster.  Anyway, I'm looking for an easy solution to down convert an HDMI signal to a CGA input for a K7400 Arcade Monitor.  Is this something a Raspberry Pi solution could be applied to?
