More detailed build notes on Ben Heck’s DIY Calculator?

I have watched "The Ben Heck Show" on Youtube for a really long time , Subscribed and liked all videos I watcH.  All videos at some point will guide viewers to the element 14 website for more details on the current project, detailed build instructions, or some form of "For more information on this project go to Element 14.com" so that is what I have done yet I can't seem to find much more information.

 

I am looking for more detailed build notes on the DIY calculator build especially how the PiTFT hat was created and how the multiplexer and keypad was created. This project follows very closely to something I have been working on and I would like to get more information on how it was created and I am not sure if I am in the right place because the only reference is a link to the youtube video and a short discussion beneath.

    Hello, you're in the right place.

     

    I'm working internally and with The Ben Heck Show team to be able to bring the build information and more details like this to the Community.

     

    The intention is to have a document on the Community that presents the asset and code, with any code being in a repository ultimately on Github.

     

    This has taken some time to get the resources behind to get the ball rolling, but we should have something available soon image
