rpi zero fun

I was wondering if it would be possible to make a snes cart with the raspberry pi zero inside to run an emulator/mame/Linux? It could be a great way for people to make and distribute rom hacks and homebrew games.

Do you mean a stand alone console that will fit inside an old Super Nintendo cartridge or something that plugs into the Nintendo console and emulates a ROM cartridge ?

There appears to be a version of the RetroPie game emulator available for the Raspberry Pi Zero

I was thinking a cart that plus into an old snes. Reverse engineer the pins of an existing cart and have the rpi0 act as an emulation station basically. I was thinking that this might be possible because some of the more advanced snes games could utilize enhancement chips.
