Could toy hand solder a rom chip and pins, upload a rom file from the internet, and then 3d print a custom case for an SNES/Other retro console?
This would involve 3d printing/designing a custom plastic case, a game label, a custom pcb in the shape of the cartridge, and the ability to put the old program onto the ROM chip.
