Hello, Is there a good website / online course to get started with learing electronics?

Just for learing the basic stuff.

    There is also Chris Gammels contextual electronics online course, and Daves EEVBlog on youtube. I basically picked up a parallax propeller chip read the data sheet and buit a dev board... then through Dave Jones and Chris Gammel (they have a pod cast Amp Hour). and the EEVBlog forums I have learned more and more about analog.

    This is a very good resource for theory, and Free. If you have 100 dollars go out and buy The Art of Electronics third edition it will teach the more practical side of things.

    The art of electronics second edition

    Its a free download from the university site

    And issues Google art of electronics second edition PDF and it will be there

     

    Bare in mind it is over 1000 pages

    @peterjcs23 I like their helpful Ohm's Law pyramid. As simple as the algebra may be, remembering the three formulas can be tough for beginners.
