Android Motion Recorder? (Like in the Android ADK Episode)

Hey, I asked if Ben was going to be sharing the motion recording Android App that he talked about in the latest epsideo (the Android ADK and Arduino episode).  Sadly it looks not.  image

 

Does anyone know of any existing apps that can do this?  Can anyone whip one up?

 

I'm going to Orlando in a month and it would be fun/interesting to record the motions of the Universal and Disneyworld rides.

    Thanks for the reply.  Sadly, all of the motion recording apps or the like on the marketplace are based on the camera and not the accelerometers.  They, as I understand them, take pictures when motion is detected or send e-mails or whatever. 

     

    I think the idea is probably not so popoular that there will be lots of clones and variations.  I would love to be proven wrong about that.

     

    Thanks again.  Hopefully we'll draw someone who can code it up.  I don't do any Android development, but I assume that it's not too complicated to log the motions of the accelerometers.
