Hi Ben,

Can you show how to install head phone jacks to p1 and p2 on a arcade cabinet but in a way so that no matter which jack has a headphone inserted it mutes the audio of the arcade speakers?

They have 3.5mm jacks with switches on them. What you should do, is get a 3 way splitter for the audio, put a normally closed solid state relay (probably a small mosfet one) inline with the speaker output, have the other outputs to the headphone jacks with switches, hook both switches to some logic (or gate and possibly an inverter depending on no/nc switches) so if either of them is active it opens the relay controlling the speaker output.
