LM36 Audio Amplifier

Hello, in the episode “Ben heck makes motion detecting hand sanitizer you use a board you call the LM36 audio amplifier. I can’t seem to find this board anywhere; could you provide information on how one could procure one of these devices? I have a similar need to play a small voice file with an Arduino and the only other device I can find that seems to fit my needs is the Adafruit Wave Shield for Arduino Kit - v1.1.   Thanks for any help you can provide!

I'm sure he just made the board himself using the LM386 chip, and all it does is amplify the audio the Parallax decodes and makes

    http://electroschematics.com/552/lm386-audio-amplifier/

Sparkfun sells a completed built amplifier

    https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9612?

But its pretty expensive, and then you'd still need to decode the speech and output it to the amplifier, your best best is probably this thing

    https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11125

You use its software to convert the audio and then you can use your favorite dev board to play, skip, pause, etc.
