AVR dev board parts

Question

I'm looking for what is needed for the AVR dev board.

I found a crystal on farnel 64 mhz product id

9B-64.000MAAJ-B

but i dont know what to search for with the mcu and the caps

and is it not posibe to use the second mcu as a usb to seriel .
