I am a very inexperienced electronics guy yet I have an idea for something but I have no idea what I would need or how much the materials would cost for me to build the prototype. I want to build something that can be worn on the arm that can pair with other like devices using bluetooth, read tags (like what some Libraries are now using for self checkout and returns(they are some kind of sticker that kinda looks like a circuit), and can connect to Wi-Fi hotspots.
