Ben has built a few printers, I don't remember which one this is, but here are some files

And I think he posted the files for his double decker printer on this forum somewhere.
I'm not sure if the portable printer has its files up anywhere. I think he made a new version of it as a joint venture with printrbot, so maybe look around there
