there are some 3d printers available that provide two or more extruders to create prints that consist of two or more different materials (for example used to print resolvable support structures).
when using such a printer and feed Filament that isolates current in one extruder and feeding a different filament that leads current to the other extruder it might become posible to print components like plugs or switches in one piece together with a housing which would reduce time and efforts during a project.
question is: are there already such materials available and could this idea work?
