I have found 2 touchscreen monitors

Which of the following can be used with the RPi and which is the easiest to interface with RPi.

First one requires an HDMI to VGA converter, but then should work. The second one requires you finding compatible displaylink drivers as that's how it gets its video information. I would shy away from anything that requires special drivers on the Pi, first you need to find linux drivers, then you need to find ones that are compiled for ARM.
