Screens are useful but harrrrrrrrrrrrrrd if small. wanted a screen that fit on my wrist but I don't understand which is better.

Hello Royston Dsouza!

Between both options, I'd pick the OLED screen.
It works with 3.3V - 5V Logic, so that's covered.
However, it depends on your experience with scripting, because you'll be working with an SPI connection for controlling it.
It has high contrast, which will help with the visuals, and it's a decent size for a wrist mounted device.

Thanks(a bit though). I'm using a bare AVR chip with arduino bootloader rather than an assembled one.
Would like any other screes if anyone knows but should fit on the wrist.
