I almost laughed when I read the message but really you should define what you mean by "A Computer from Scratch" It could be anything from buying the parts and building a desktop, (Mother board, case, ps, HD,etc) to building a system like the Raspberry Pi from the ground up. One is easy the other could take years.
A medium point to that could be to take and Arduino Mini Pro and add 64k of ram, a composite video out, and SD Card reader, and a keyboard. Then load something like TinyBasic onto the arduino to make a system in the same class as the Commodore 64, Sinclair, or TI99/4A.
