PSP screen hack?

I was planing on taking an old coby portable DVD player I have just sitting around and converting it into a big PSP. I thought it would be a fun project and it would allow me to use it on a bigger screen and better speakers. Then I realized, how would I connect the screen to the motherboard? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

On mine, there is a special interface port. If you brought a special cable, you could get composite out.

The problem is that there is no way to input video on the portable DVD player other than the DVD. There are 2 different video outputs, s video and coaxial. Both are 3.5mm. If it helps, the model of the Curtis portable DVD player is dvd8007c.

You need to see the screen on the back and check its model number. For some you can get a breakout.
