Help getting sarted with Netduino

I purchased my first netduino 2 from adafruit with a negative st7565 glcd. I was wondering how to use it with the Netduino eg. Install the Netduino helpers library and run a simple demo.

I'm desperate.

Unfortunately you did not say which one you have since they can be parallel 5V or serial 3.3V. You need to install differently depending on hardware level and software library. See ST7565 LCD tutorial for a great introduction.
