Xbox 360e 12v power source

Question

I am building my very own Xbox laptop using an Xbox 360e and element 19" 12v tv 2.5amp. I have tried looking up different ways of drawing 12v from the 360e and came across using the Kinect or original fan power source only problem is that i don't want to fry my TV. A drawn diagram of the different places to draw 12v at 2.5 amps would help tremendously. I have also heard that you can draw some amount of power from the sata cord. Thank you

Ok so I made it home and I ran strait to my project and started to multimeter it in different places and found that the kinect has just the right power source so I wired everything up as temporary as posible and ta da it works. I am so thrilled right now. And please ignore the wallpaper. it was put up when I was born and now that I'm 17 Im too lazy to take it down. And also I wanted to put the consol back in the box to eliminate variable.

Well then in that case the only references I can find to this supply indicate around 10A at 12V. The xBox power supply requirements appear to be essentially the same. So I would imagine there is little/no headroom. That is why I suggested a 12.5A psu.
