Advice for battery/charging RPi with TFT Screen

I have a Raspberry Pi B+ and a 5" TFT LCD screen. The plain ~$24 on Amazon one. Claims it needs +/-12V.

 

I want to use some sort of lipo or thin cell phone-esque battery to power the RPI and the screen together.

 

What's the best course to take for battery/charging circuit and things to keep the voltages separate etc?

 

I'm a newbie with this stuff, but excellent at following instructions, so I can't make or take any assumptions.
