MiniDisc player?

Does anyone remember MiniDiscs? I have a bunch of MiniDiscs laying around the house and unfortunately I no longer have nothing to play them on or record onto them with. I would like to see a video on how to make a MiniDisc player and even possibly a recorder.

  • There isn't really a chance to make such a thing out of nothing.

    Nor will it be very relevant?

     

    You're better off buying an off-the-shelf product.
    Even if you get to the point of reading the disc (is it even remotely compatible with CD/DVD)? You'll have to do all kinds of decoding, anti-copy-protection (which is probably illegal anyway) and storing it on another medium.
