i2c vs spi

Anyone else interested in some more in depth stuff about how these two things work, and when to use one or the other?

    Ben Heck has already done a video with an introduction to interfaces.

     

     

    You are quite often constrained by the component you are using, some support I2C, some SPI, some both.
