Greetings,

Before I start, I would like to thank you for piquing my curiosity and interest towards gaming and electronics in general, and as far as I know I've been watching you build just about any crazy mod on your channel. There's a project that I've been meaning to see on your channel and it's a gamepad, you're probably thinking that 'Why won't you make it?' well the problem is my utter knowledge of *making* it and the resources that I have is insufficient albeit limited. Well here's the concept:

Name: The Beck
Type: Gamepad
Criteria: Weird stuff that I don’t usually work with (interesting challenges) [From the website]
Description: It's a gamepad that works like-ish a Wii U but is wired directly from the console itself either by HDMI or by the AV Cable you can do this to either a PS3 or an XBOX-360 or even an XBOXOne. But I for one would like to see a PS3 build of it :D. Using an HDMI/AV Cable splitter you can even make multiple copies of it so that each player can have their own screen to look at. A proof of concept is attached, I made it using AutoCAD 2007 (yeah, I know... it's a relic xD) but as far as I know succeeding versions can read it :). If you'll ever take the project, I advise you to deviate from the POC that I've attached since it's only a POC and I want it to look better for as far as you can improve and innovate it :D.

I know that It's an odd and totally weird project but there's this thing about me where I would like to have the screen at face value (and by that I mean literally xD). That's all coming from a guy who doesn't own a PS3 nor an XBOX, I am planning to buy a PS3 and am saving for one but I doubt that I'll get one for X'Mas. But enough about that all I want to see is the project made and in action, and I hope that in the future I can have/make one myself .

Thank you very much and regards,

Vincent
