Build idea for Ben Heck Show: An underwater aquarium montior camera

I want to  really see Ben heck build like an under water fish tank monitoring camera .I am a huge an of your show.I am 16 years old i love builds and love see it and maybe in future i will try building few of them. The idea i am suggesting is something i built but failed to keep water proof /fully functional and also i really don't know the right choice of gear to use in such a built.

The Challenges:

1.The camera should be functioning full time it is alright  we can remove it for charging.Or if possible a full time electrically operated cam.

2.The camera should be cheap .But it should produce High Definition 1080p output.

3.Best done in salt water fish tank.

4.The camera should not stick out as a sore thumb it should looking attractive and should be blending

The things  i used in my built:

Htc Re camera.

Dell 21 inch monitor.

old smartphone to connect to screen  and pair with camera

wooden submarine model my friend made.

Problems I faced in this build:

I didnt properly know  how to connect the camera to the screen there i suppose there no app in phone. Now there is app i know.

As i previously mentioned charging camera is not the best option clarity was good but not battery life .My idea was to keep the submarine model and camera attached to it sunken in  fish tank the camera appears as the sail of the submarine .But it did not exactly match my aquascaping.

The biggest problem i faced was that i ran out of fund because marine tanks are really expensive in India where i come from and camera was also cutting my budget and i bought them without spending on proper aquascaping .

Hope Ben you will make a cool aquarium monitoring device and make a awesome looking tank.At least i can see and be happy and also  and learn from that video tutorial and correct my mistakes.

Yours faithfully a big fanimage

BENNY
