Hi Jason,
If you have other spools of wire to hand anyway you can easily make a length of twisted pair wire if you have a vice and a hand drill (manual or electric).
The procedure is as follows:
This is easiest with an electric hand drill but doesn't take too much longer even with a manual hand drill.

Rachael
You do not say gauge or usage that varies on application, but one sample (not an endorsement here) is 20 Gauge Twisted Wire 100 ft. Spool. $24.99 (Save $5.00) . I suggest you qualify what you need and google it.
What to look for :
Look at for guides http://www.conwire.com/multi-pair-cable/ , but shop around.
What @rachaelp said. We don't actually keep spools of twisted wire lying around. We grab the gauge, quantity, and length we need for a project and stick the ends in a drill.
Thanks, I will go ahead and do that then.
Please blog about the way and the results. Could help others like me?
Only bifilar and trifilar twists have the physical relationships equal. A square wind would have some wires more distant than others
