hey guys, I know you're having a little trouble with the portable N64 project and I was thinking, I was trying to build something very similar but lack the ability, if you'd like, I could send you a n64 motherboard thats still intact with an exposed power module. it doesn't have an expansion pak but the ones you have should work. so, contact me if you know if you want

    alright, maybe to solve your ram bus problem, try mapping the pathways of the expansion Pak and see what parts go to pins and what pins go to the board. then solder all the pieces directly to the chip and solder the ship to the expansion slot pins. that should cut down on bulk and allow for air flow through the system
