I would most likely apply it gaming, for sure. Quick reloads on the run, guard/shield as a reaction without having to stop moving, grabs, run (for first level press), auto-run (for second level press), double-taps for dodging or sprints, both pedals for jumps. It could get quite fun with a bit more code for multi-button actuation. Though, lets be truly honest here, I'll most likely be using it for hotkeys in Open TTD to get to tracks, signals, go-to, and destroy. Or even shout-outs on my stream for subs or taunts. Set it up for time-keeping in my streams so that I have a quick reference for making Highlights. The possibilities are endless. Oh, or outgoing volume controls for my viewers so that I don't have to tab out of a game to adjust things. It just goes on and on. I could make a whole new blog about the uses.

*Paired with my 3D Mouse I could definitely shave off some time, here and there, doing my VectorWorks drawings.
