Ok, so most people are reasonably familiar with the range of iPods, but how does it compare to the Microsoft equivalent? With the 1st Gen iPod Nano, and the Zune 8, lets see how different (or similar) these were!

I worked at Wal-Mart around Christmas 2005ish when the Nano first came out, and we sold out immediately. I don't know how many mothers I had to suggest the Creative Zen to as an alternative. We also happened to receive all of those Creative Zen units back as returns on the 26th

I also remember hacking my Nano so it could play video files. You've never watched Serenity until you've watched it on a 0.96" LCD screen!

I have a 1.03" smart watch, would that count?

Nooo! Really? I had my zen from 2005 to 2008, when I upgraded to a video player. I don't think it had an issue the whole time?

It wasn't so much that there was anything wrong with them except that they weren't iPods. The kids didn't want MP3 players, they wanted *iPods*
