ESB and 2001 are both brilliant films as well, and I'll admit I haven't seen 2001 since before 2001!

Hey, Matt. I only just saw this comment now. I have seen Dr. Strangelove and I did like it, although it's been quite some time. I know Star Wars: Ep V is a somewhat "standard" and boring geek answer to the favorite movie question. Anyway, they both have James Earl Jones, so that's something. I'm also a fan of Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey, despite the slow pacing.
