A fun tweak to the design may be to incorporate a 'tuning scale'.

It is often claimed that musicians spend half their time tuning their instrument and the other half playing out of tune... Electronic instruments jeopardise this with their always in tune attitude to life.

So perhaps use the temperature sensor to measure the ambient room temperature and then have the potentiometer attached to a physical tuning peg and then use the servo to drive a musical tuning scale/dial. Musicians are then encouraged to tune their instrument before their performance.
