3) Board and GUI Functioning:

  • a. I faced some connection stability problems between board and GUI. At first I thought it was my USB cable that had the connectors frayed, but wasn't it, even though every time disconnecting and connecting the driver on PC two actions was necessary.

 i. Update the board MCU7 firmware (the Radar's BGT60LTR11AIP mother board) you must go at “Device>>Flash Firmware”

image

Downloaded the most recently version for Infineon programs, the application already point to most recently firmware version available, so now just click on “Flash Firmware”.

ii. If you get a "stable" connection and can go do the update, will appear the window below with mother board model (MCU7), the device that stay in it (BGT60LTR11AIP), and will be selected the right firmware to do the upload to board. Now you have to just click in “Update Firmware”, as the image below:

image

iii. In case the GUI connection don't been enough stable for the process. With the mother board recognized in the system as a “COMx” in device manager:

image

You can upload, without initiate an acquisition to RadarGUI, with it desconected of the board. Follow the same, but now you have to select the sites to do the upload correctly.

image

Once our item BGT60LTR11AIP selected in “Select Device”, all the other sites are automatically full fill, in this case:
