UnBoxing : How I Spent my Attack of the Drones Prize

I have found (hopefully) the place to make a Blog on the new website.

Some four months ago now I was pleased to be one of the First Place prize winners for the Attack of the Drones Project14 competition. Due to the sun shining, gardening and much tea drinking I didn't get around to deciding what to d with the prize dollars until now,

Lots of bits to be incorporated into projects.

DFR solar cell battery charging module (x2 as I have two solar cells) 

Raspberry Pi Picos (x4) these are just so cheap)

Nano 33 IoT (x2 - why not)

A lead acid battery (for a child's electric tricycle I am mending).

and an IR temperature measuring tool for measuring temperatures of things - like hot running electronics or ill people. It has a laser point for precise monitoring but I'm not sure how precise it is and it is very dim - I might only be able to use it in the dark!

Must be time to enter another Project14 competition.
