I was surprised recently by a parcel delivered to my door as all the presents I had ordered as Christmas gifts had already arrived. On closer inspection I realised that it was a bag of something from Element14. I do like a good unboxing (or in this case - unbagging) which I did video. This is not one of my best videos as it is pretty difficult to video in one hand and unbag in another, while not wearing your glasses. Still, I thought might as well include it. I did think it was the golden Nano, which sadly, it wasn't, although in my defense, it was a Nano with some golden like varnish on it.
I was pleased to receive, for no apparent reason other than Element14's generous nature, a Nano, a large protoboard and some stickers.
I can use the Nano in my next project (Build a Present!) and the protoboard will come in handy in the future as I am always looking for a spare protoboard and have recently taken to just buying more whenever I start something new. I'm sure I can also find a place to stick the stickers.
